Twin bedroom and
single bedroom apartments
The 20 apartments comprise 10 twin bedroom ones on the ground floor and 10 single bedroom ones on the first floor. The very spacious single bedroom apartments are for up to 4 guests, the twin bedroom ones for up to 7.
They are all privately owned, and the furniture is different in each apartment, but they are all fully and tastefully furnished, also because the owners themselves often stay in them. The fittings are identical in all of the apartments and their good condition is monitored and guaranteed by the management company.
All of the apartments have kitchens (rather than the usual kitchenette in the living room) with fridge, complete sets of pots and pans and crockery, bathroom with shower (some of them also have a small bath tub), colour SAT TV, air-conditioning and heating, all have a private garden or terrace with 2 sunbeds, umbrella, table and garden seats, free WiFi.
The “extra” apartments can be of recent construction with new furniture, or they can have air-conditioning and heating.
The “superior” apartments have new furniture, dishwashers in the twin bedrooms or washing machines and large awning in terrazza in the studios.
The "top" apartments are of recent construction with new furniture, they have air-conditioning and heating, dishwashers, washing machines and large awning in the private garden.

Apartments can be rented under different conditions:
APARTMENT FORMULA
The rent only includes the use of the apartment itself and the standard furnishings, without bed linen (which can be hired in loco). Air-conditioning and/or heating, if available, are paid for separately with an additional daily charge. The apartments are available for handing over up to 18:00 and must be vacated between 8:00 and 9:00.
The apartments must be cleaned before being vacated; however, once the apartment has been checked, sometimes it is possible that a partial or complete discount may be applied on departure if the apartment is returned clean.Payment of a security deposit is required before taking over the apartment and will be returned at the end of the stay once the integrity of the apartment and its cleanliness and the absence of disturbance to the neighbourhood have been verified.
RESIDENCE FORMULA
In addition to the use of the apartment and the utilities, the rent includes cleaning of bathroom and bedroom, a complete change of bed linen and towels every 7 days. Air-conditioning is paid for separately with an additional daily charge. The apartments are available for handing over up to 17:00 and must be vacated between 8:00 and 10:00.
Payment of a security deposit is required before taking over the apartment and will be returned at the end of the stay once the integrity of the apartment and the absence of disturbance to the neighbourhood have been verified.
HOTEL FORMULA
In addition to the use of the apartment and the utilities, the rent includes cleaning and a complete change of bed linen and towels every day. Air-conditioning is included in the price. The apartments are available for handing over up to 16:00 and must be vacated between 8:00 and 11:00.
Payment of a security deposit is required before taking over the apartment and will be returned at the end of the stay once the integrity of the apartment and the absence of disturbance to the neighbourhood have been verified.
