The DUNELBA
apartments

The DUNELBA apartments are part of a characteristically shaped condominium located in a typical forest of tall maritime pine trees. The 20 apartments, comprising 10 twin bedroom apartments on the ground floor for up to 7 guests each and 10 single bedroom apartments on the first floor for a maximum of 4 guests each.

All of the apartments are privately owned; they are not all rented out and nearly all of the owners use them for their own holidays. This explains why the furniture and finishing are different in each apartment, even though Gestur s.r.l. the company entrusted with managing the apartments, guarantees their quality. The position of the building is unique, opposite the characteristic beach of Marina di Campo, the largest and best equipped on the island, sandy and gently sloping, which makes it perfectly suited for children and the elderly who may have movement difficulties. The seaside can be reached on a footpath 80 metres long, under the cover of the typical Tyrrhenian forest of maritime pines, on the eastern side of the wide bay.

The beach is partly free and partly equipped. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired. There is an agreement for Dunelba guests with the nearby baths, offering discounts and facilitations.

The complex has a large fenced common garden, where children are free to play in complete safety, and a reserved car park, which is covered but not guarded.
